This course is an introduction to a series of advanced topics in computer science, with a particular focus on the recent advances in Internet of Things and Mobile Internet. In particular, an important goal of this course is to teach the principles, architectures, and issues in the designs of the recent advanced Internet of Things systems, including the architecture of Internet of Things, networking and communication for Internet of Things, and the recent advances in Mobile Internet, including the advanced cellular access, mobile Internet services, Drone networks, Blockchain, and etc. Meanwhile, this course is expected to prepare the students for the advanced knowledge about Internet of Things, Mobile Internet as well as the enabling technologies for IoT and Mobile Internet, such as architectures of Internet of Things, Automatic Identification and RFID, Wireless Sensor Networks, Positioning and localization, Wireless Access, Mobile Internet for IoT, Crowdsourcing, Cloud and Edge Computing for Internet of Things, and etc.
