本課程將引導職前教師進行批判性思考,使其能夠從宏觀視角審視自身的教育理念,進而對班級經營有更全面的理解。透過理論解説和個案研究,職前教師將學習如何:分析學生的需求、建立正向的師生關係和同儕關係、與家長一起工作、支持學生的學習和應對破壞性行為,以及指導學生自主管理與解決問題的方法。課程內容結合理論與實踐,兼顧班主任和學科教師的需求。此外,職前教師將建立自己的教學檔案,並掌握開學第一天和開學前兩週必須完成的班級經營任務,從而提升教師形象和班級經營效果。

This course will guide pre-service teachers to think critically, enabling them to examine their own educational philosophies from a macro perspective and gain a more comprehensive understanding of classroom management. Through theoretical explanations and case studies, pre-service teachers will learn how to: analyze students' needs, build positive teacher-student and peer relationships, work with parents, support students' learning and cope with disruptive behaviors, and guide students in self-management and problem-solving methods. The course content combines theory and practice, taking into account the needs of both homeroom teachers and subject teachers. Furthermore, prospective teachers will establish their own teaching portfolios and master the classroom management tasks that must be completed on the first day of school and in the first two weeks, thereby enhancing their teaching image and classroom management effectiveness.
