As part of the General Education curriculum, University Life (SASG100) aims at helping undergraduate freshmen acclimate to the university learning environment, equipping them with necessary soft skills in a university context, and empowering them to plan their university life and beyond. SASG100 is a compulsory course for all undergraduate first year students, except for students from FLL Bachelor of Law in Portuguese Language. Students must complete all the course components in order to pass the course and graduate.

The course includes the following academic components:
Personal Development Workshops Series on the topics of; self-development strategy, study skills, time management, interpersonal skills, stress management and career planning; and a end of the semester self-review report.
