2025-1-EDUC3040-001 Chinese Curriculum and Course Materials in Primary Education

This course aims to promote students' comprehensive understanding of the learning objectives, curriculum content, curriculum development, editing, selection and use of learning materials/textbooks, and curriculum reforms of the subject of Chinese language arts in primary education in Mainland China, Macao, and Hong Kong. It also aims to enhance pre-service teachers' abilities of curriculum development and instructional design in teaching Chinese language arts in grades 1 to 6.

本課程旨在幫助學生全面瞭解內地、澳門及香港地區小學中文科的學習目標、課程內容、課程發展、教材的編輯、選擇與使用，以及課程改革等信息，並提升職前教師在一至六年級中文科教學中，進行課程發展和教學設計的能力。
