The program provides a thorough review of the impact of sport, recreation and leisure to community and its educational processes to an individual’s leisure lifestyle development. Different theories for leisure and recreational studies are examined. It forms the base to understand its nature, context and relationship to each other. The aim is to enhance the growth of a healthy society through development of various physical and sport exercises or activities. The program also focuses on the role and impact of different approaches in group dynamic study and the awareness of these approaches to habitual development in sports, recreation and leisure activities. The course expects to enhance learners’ research abilities in the leisure area with sport and recreation as the main context in study.
